Ruby red wine with an intense color, and a particular bouquet that resembles sweet-smelling violets. Particular, dry, aromatic flavor. Ideal with pasta, roast meats, and mutton. Serve at a temperature of 18 °C. Bottles that have been aged at least twenty-four months are marked “Riserva”.
