Cabernet Franc between 85%-100%. Max 15% other non-aromatic red grapes recommended and/or allowed for growing in the province of Parma and owned by the winery, with the exception of Lambrusco.
Red wine with a fairly intense ruby color, and a particular, pleasant, herbaceous bouquet. The flavor is dry, round, herbaceous, and balanced. Ideal with first-course dishes served with wild boar sauces and meats prepared “alla cacciatora”. Serve at a temperature of 18 °C.
