A pale straw-yellow colour, light, delicate, pleasant, characteristic smell. It has a fresh and harmonious dry or mellow taste with a minimum alcohol content of 10.5 degrees. To be drunk young at a temperature of around 8 °C it is excellent with omelettes with vegetables, coot risotto and eel risotto.
